Give your instructors an environment built for EMS and Fire education, one that asks not just whether your learners completed the training, but whether they're ready for the street.

Your current LMS organizes curriculum, delivers content, and tracks progress. CommandCIT builds from that foundation, then asks the harder question your program ultimately has to answer.
A proven curriculum foundation with MissionCIT, so you're not starting from a blank page.
Guided setup and onboarding, so your program launches with confidence.
Compliance and tracking built in from day one, no extra spreadsheets to manage.
A team that's actually run a program, standing by to help you plan yours.
Your students need judgment, not just recall. CommandCIT helps you teach instruction that mirrors reality, pressure, noise, time constraints, and consequences included.
Your instructors know their students, communities, and protocols better than anyone. CommandCIT gives them the authority to lead, not a script to follow.
Exams matter, and CommandCIT aligns honestly with NREMT and state requirements. Give your students strong instruction, and their exam results follow.
MissionCIT gives you the educational foundation. You adapt the environment to your cohort and local program needs.
Your instruction is organized around your learners' actual cohort and Topics, not scattered across disconnected areas of a platform.
Your assignments, quizzes, files, videos, and resources live inside the Topic where your learners actually need them.
Assessment connects to your instruction and your learners' performance, never treated as an isolated testing function.
A complete training record for every learner, with your program-specific documentation living with them instead of scattered elsewhere.
The architecture is designed so future clinical, field, and competency documentation can extend your learner records over time.
Most EMT programs assemble their course from separate parts: a textbook, an online access code, a test-prep product, and slide decks the instructor builds at night. CommandCIT replaces that patchwork with one integrated system.
Curriculum, instructor tools, workbooks, exam preparation, and learner support work from the same Topic structure, with one login for learners and one place for instructors to teach.
When AHA guidelines or national EMS standards change, the curriculum is updated right away, with no waiting for the next edition. The full content set is revamped every two years, instead of on a five-year publisher cycle.
The curriculum is human-authored, reflects the knowledge and competencies assessed by the NREMT, and is curated by EMS subject-matter experts. It is the same material taught in MissionCIT's own programs.
The CommandCIT Initial EMT Content Package fills the platform with a complete, standards-aligned EMT curriculum, so a program can open its first cohort without assembling a course.
A foundation, not a restriction: you build on top of it, you don't work around it.
Room to reinforce your own local and regional protocols.
Instruction shaped around your own students and communities.
Explore MissionCITThe Initial EMT content is the curriculum MissionCIT teaches in its own EMS programs, including the Hybrid EMT Boot Camp, refined with every cohort since 2020.
Results reflect MissionCIT-delivered programs. Outcomes for other programs depend on instruction, cohort, and delivery.

A Training Readiness Platform (TRP) is an instructional environment that connects learning to the question EMS educators ultimately have to answer: is the learner ready? It includes the functions of a learning management system (curriculum, delivery, assessment, and progress tracking) and connects them to the learner's broader training record.
Publisher courseware is built around a textbook, with everything else attached to it. CommandCIT is built around the training journey: content is organized by Topic inside the learner's cohort, instructors can customize it, assessment connects to instruction, and results build a Learner Jacket. The content is refreshed every two years and updated as soon as AHA guidelines or national EMS standards change.
Both include the CommandCIT platform, the 48-Topic Initial EMT Content Package, instructor guides and decks, the interactive workbook, EMS Mentor, and Support Tools. Command Complete adds Prep & Pass NREMT exam preparation and includes the printed two-volume workbook.
Yes. There is no minimum order: choose the package and the number of learner seats at checkout. You can also request a quote at any time, for example if your program needs a purchase order or invoicing.
The Topics are organized by the content areas of the NHTSA National EMS Education Standards and aligned to the NREMT EMT cognitive exam. The package is a content license: your program obtains its own state course approval and course number and conveys credit to its learners. MissionCIT provides documentation to support the approval process.
No. The curriculum is written by EMS educators, reflects the knowledge and competencies assessed by the NREMT, and is curated by EMS subject-matter experts. Where video lessons use digital presenters, they present material written and reviewed by EMS educators.
Not yet. Clinical, field, and competency documentation are on the platform roadmap and are in development. They will not be represented as available until they are completed, tested, and released.
General availability is planned for October 2026, with an introduction at EMS World on September 30, 2026.
